wild diversity yoga (theresia)
Join us to cultivate fluidity and strength. Theresia will guide you through a practice focused on exploration and foundational understanding of poses. All levels welcome, with space to find a variation within a pose that works for you. By providing insightful breakdowns of movements and poses, this class holds space for beginners as well as long time practitioners who want to explore the details of each pose. This is a class that welcomes and empowers everyone to share their expresssions of culture and self and centers those within POC and LGBTQ+ communities and allies. We look forward to building embodied community with you!

A slow-paced flow to get the breath and body moving.
restorative yoga (vida)
This is a floor yoga practice, quieter (less verbal instructions), with the use of multiple props (blankets, bolsters, blocks, eye pillows, and more). Poses are passive and each pose is held for an extended period of time, the emphasis here is complete and total relaxation. The benefits are an improved quality of sleep, better overall health, less stress, less tension, and more personal happiness. This is a very suitable practice if you tend to have a busy mind and lead a busy life.
