Join us to cultivate fluidity and strength. Theresia will guide you through a practice focused on exploration and foundational understanding of poses. All levels welcome, with space to find a variation within a pose that works for you. By providing insightful breakdowns of movements and poses, this class holds space for beginners as well as long time practitioners who want to explore the details of each pose. This is a class that welcomes and empowers everyone to share their expresssions of culture and self and centers those within POC and LGBTQ+ communities and allies. We look forward to building embodied community with you!

Body Positive Yoga Foundations (alison)
Thought about trying yoga, but don't want to feel lost in a class that's moving too fast? This class focuses on alignment fundamentals, building safe and healthy movement from the ground up. If you're new to yoga, or coming back after an injury, this class will help you build your yoga confidence and body awareness. Alison has a comprehensive knowledge of anatomy and healthy joint mechanics, and can help you learn the foundational yoga poses in a way that works for your body. All bodies are valid and welcome. Queer and trans positive and body positive!
