soulful flow (pamela)

(Saturdays, 10:00am)

This is not your normal everyday yoga class!  Get ready to be inspired and to burn some calories.  Expect good vibes and soulful music while flowing through moves that are welcoming to all levels of practitioners.  

Donation Based- free for anyone who is unemployed, new to yoga, or a student!

 wild diversity yoga

(Thursdays, 5:45-6:45pm)

 Join us to cultivate fluidity and strength.  Theresia will guide you through a practice focused on exploration and foundational understanding of poses.  All levels welcome, with space to find a variation within a pose that works for you.  By providing insightful breakdowns of movements and poses, this class holds space for beginners as well as long time practitioners who want to explore the details of each pose.  This is a class that welcomes and empowers everyone to share their expresssions of culture and self and centers those within POC and LGBTQ+ communities and allies.  We look forward to building embodied community with you!

A slow-paced flow to get the breath and body moving.

Building and refining postures into a flow of movement.  Come on your lunch break!

restorative yoga

(Fridays, 5:45-6:45pm)

This is a floor yoga practice, quieter (less verbal instructions), with the use of multiple props (blankets, bolsters, blocks, eye pillows, and more). Poses are passive and each pose is held for an extended period of time, the emphasis here is complete and total relaxation. The benefits are an improved quality of sleep, better overall health, less stress, less tension, and more personal happiness. This is a very suitable practice if you tend to have a busy mind and lead a busy life.

self-care yoga

(Mondays 5:30-6:45pm)

Class begins at 5:45, please come early to allow yourself to decompress before we begin.

Meet me on your mat Monday nights for an hour to take the time your mind and body deserves to stretch, release, and strengthen. This class is suitable for all levels from first timers to seasoned yogis. Self- care and self- love is something we can all work on and incorporate more of every day. Give your mind and body this

hour to prepare for your week!

This class includes incorporation of pranayama (breath work), and a flow of movement as well as longer holds.

(Sundays 2:30-3:45pm)

Yoga is a place where you can show up as you are, today. Be present in your own individual experience. All bodies are valid and welcome. Queer and trans positive and body positive!

$10 drop in, $80 for 10 sessions available in person
